Zusammenfassung

Sodexo is seeking an ERP Global Transformation Director to lead the strategic delivery of enterprise ERP programs across multiple regions from Ontario, Canada. The role oversees governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of transformation leadership, global ERP deployment experience, and advanced program management credentials. Excellent communication with executives and strong change leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience overseeing global, multi-country ERP deployments.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain ERP program governance, delivery methodologies, standards, controls, and ways of working.
• Own and steer the global ERP roadmap, including planning, milestone tracking, deployment sequencing, resource alignment, and execution oversight.
• Provide leadership to Project Directors to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects and drive accountability for scope, schedule, budget and risk management.
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects, workstreams, business functions, and technology teams to resolve conflicts and align priorities.
• Lead the ERP Control Tower function with real-time dashboards, KPI reporting, risk monitoring, and deployment readiness metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment, engagement, and organizational readiness for transformation objectives.
