Siemens Healthineers Canada is seeking an HR Consultant to partner with leaders across the Canadian matrix. You will deliver strategic advisory and hands-on HR execution, supporting leaders in building high-performing, engaged teams and robust talent pipelines.

You will coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and change management while ensuring policy compliance and alignment with global HR standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Development preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines.
• CHRP certification preferred.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Educate managers on workforce trends and organizational change initiatives.
• Review employee survey data and analytics to improve engagement and culture.
• Provide coaching to leaders on leadership strategies and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent management processes, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Counsel managers and employees to ensure compliant application of policies.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Global HR Team to achieve long-term goals.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and communicate business strategies.
