EFESO Management Consultants in Canada seeks a Lean Transformation Consultant to design, execute and lead performance improvement projects across multiple industries. You will apply improvement principles, processes and tools to generate financial and operational results for clients and guide teams through change.

Senior Consultants will coordinate workstreams, assess opportunities, and ensure effective communication, training and behavioral change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., P.E., Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt).
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and experience with capital programs or plant turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and roadmaps for workstreams.
• Design and implement targeted change strategies with clients.
• Lead and collaborate on operational excellence initiatives across industries.
• Coach teams in Lean Transformation and support stakeholder alignment.
