Job summary

RSM Canada Operations ULC seeks an experienced Change Management Manager to join our Management Consulting practice within Enterprise Performance. You will help clients navigate complex business and technology transformations by combining strategic consulting, organizational change management, and transformation delivery expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, change management, or transformation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams within complex transformation initiatives (finance transformation, ERP implementations, operating model redesign).
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess impacts, identify adoption risks, and develop adoption strategies.
• Translate change impact findings into engagement, communication, training, and readiness plans.
• Design and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and benefits realization.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to growing the Change Management capability.
