Job summary

MSF Canada is seeking a Gifts Processing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of donations across fundraising programs, uphold donor data integrity and support decisive fundraising operations.

Reporting to the Gifts Processing Unit Manager, you will manage gift receipts (English and French), maintain records in Raiser's Edge and SharePoint, and collaborate with Fundraising, Finance and Planning teams to enable timely donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Experience in records management, fundraising or office administration.
• Strong computer literacy across word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or Salesforce or equivalent database.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven administrative skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple workloads.

Responsibilities

• Process donations from receipt to tax receipt issuance and file records in SharePoint and Raiser's Edge.
• Ensure donor data is accurate and up-to-date by monitoring data entry and updating profiles.
• Create and document processes, and train philanthropy colleagues.
