Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Donor Care Officer based in Canada to build and sustain donor relationships, process donations, and generate insightful reports. The role blends donor service, data management, and impact communications within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain records, and collaborate with fundraising teams to drive effective campaigns while delivering timely, accurate donor support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• At least two years in fundraising, customer service, or a nonprofit setting.
• Experience using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) to support donor management.
• Strong communication skills and professional donor-facing communications.
• Experience creating donor impact reports and campaign updates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for donor inquiries by phone and email.
• Record donations, pledges, and transactions in donor databases.
• Prepare donor-care reports and analyze trends using Excel.
• Support campaign tracking and donor communications.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve donor requests within timelines.
• Assist with social media engagement related to donor service and campaigns.
