Job summary

Cencora Canada is seeking a dedicated HR caseworker to support calls, emails and client inquiries related to HR processes and policies. You will manage case files, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding service quality in a dynamic environment.

The role requires at least one year in customer service, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in both English and French when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first point of contact for calls, emails and client requests to resolve questions and issues.
• Record inquiries, communicate resolutions and update case files.
• Follow up with clients and conduct additional research as needed.
• Keep the client informed on progress and resolution of requests.
• Provide accurate, timely responses on HR processes and policies.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry, and document handling.
• Educate associates on intranet, ESS and MSS tools to encourage self-service.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 or 3 specialists as appropriate.
• Provide documentary support and manage forms and data.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs.
