Job summary

Cencora is seeking a patient and provider support specialist for its Innomar Strategies division in Canada. You will manage casework, support patient enrollment and clinical monitoring, and ensure accurate data entry across the program databases.

The role requires bilingual communication (French/English), strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting. Training and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in reimbursement support, patient services, or related field is preferred.
• Customer service experience and bilingual (French/English) ability are essential.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to general company processes and SOPs; manage case workflows and patient access.
• Maintain program files and documen­tation; ensure data integrity in the program database.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned patients/clinics; coordinate communication preferences.
• Manage the program phone line; handle outbound calls and caseload management.
• Participate in market research with physicians, patients, and health professionals.
• Attend ongoing training and provide feedback on protocols and processes.
• Assist in training new caseworkers and monitor calls where required.
• Report adverse events to designated units/departments.
