Job summary

Cencora Canada is seeking a dedicated HR caseworker to provide first-line support for calls, emails, and requests from associates and managers. You will document cases, perform data entry, and maintain case status while guiding users through HR processes and tools.

You should excel in multitasking, be fluent in English and French, and leverage Word, Excel and Outlook to support efficient operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration preferred.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of company policies and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and/or cases within HR support.
• Provide telephone and email support to clients and partners.
• Document activities in program databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to level-2 specialists when needed.
• Assist with documentation, forms, and process training.
• Contribute to process improvements and timely case resolution.
