Job summary

Cencora is seeking a bilingual Caseworker to support reimbursement and patient services within our Canada operations. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely case progression, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve coverage-related issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in reimbursement support or related field.
• Experience coordinating benefits-related documentation and case updates.
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes and patient access workflows.
• Bilingual English/French required.

Responsibilities

• Assist reimbursement processes to enable timely, accurate handling of coverage-related requests.
• Coordinate benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-up activities, and reimbursement support communications to advance case progression.
• Resolve routine reimbursement issues, documentation gaps, and workflow exceptions to reduce delays.
• Maintain accurate case records, reimbursement documentation, and system updates to support operational visibility, reporting readiness, and workflow control.
• Monitor reimbursement trends, recurring issues, and escalation indicators to support proactive issue resolution and service continuity.
• Works with internal and external stakeholders to align communications, clarify reimbursement requirements, and support case resolution.
• Contributes to process improvements, workflow updates, and operational readiness efforts that strengthen scalable and future-oriented reimbursement support services.
• Bilingualism is required. (English/French)
