Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong admin, organizational, planning and time management skills.

• Proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Strong communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures.
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes on time.
• Connect with customers to advise banking solutions.
