• Clear, courteous communication and customer service focus.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures and TD Code of Conduct.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard tasks as needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to explain banking solutions clearly and build rapport.
• Support a diverse, equitable team environment and participate in personal development.
• Keep teammates informed about status of routine activities and assist as needed.
