Responsibilities

• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions.
• Provides on-going guidance and instruction.
• Ensures loss prevention standards are implemented and manages cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Handles customer inquiries regarding location of products, rainchecks, refunds, exchanges and surveys.
• Keeps shelves clean and displays organized and rotated as directed.
• Maintains store image and housekeeping standards.
• Performs clerical and banking duties as needed.
• Follows all store policies, procedures and loss prevention policies.
