• Provide on-going guidance and instruction to staff.
• Ensure loss prevention standards and cash office accuracy.
• Answer inquiries regarding product location, rainchecks and refunds/exchanges.
• Promote customer satisfaction and the CSI survey.
• Keep shelves clean, organized and displays updated as directed.
• Maintain store image and housekeeping to standard.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and store policies.
• May perform clerical and banking duties and assist with cashier duties when needed.
