Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a hands-on store employee to help manage customer service, cashier operations and merchandising at a locally owned store. You will play a key role in delivering health, beauty and convenience services while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.
• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provides on-going guidance.
• Ensures store employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy.
• Answers inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc. and resolves customer issues.
• Maintains shelves and displays, ensures housekeeping and store image standards.
