Responsibilities

• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and procedures
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions
• Provides on-going guidance and instruction
• Ensures loss prevention standards are implemented, manages cash office inventory and cashier tracking
• Answers inquiries regarding location of product, refunds, exchanges
• Promotes customer service surveys and maintains store presentation and cleanliness
• Performs clerical and banking duties as needed
• Complies with all policies, procedures and loss prevention rules
