Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a hands-on leader to manage the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising, with the customer at the centre of everything you do.

You will train staff, enforce policies, monitor loss prevention, and ensure shelves are clean, displays are well set, and inquiries and refunds are handled according to guidelines while performing necessary clerical and banking duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cashier/merchandising staff adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Train cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provide ongoing guidance.
• Oversee loss prevention standards and cash office activities.
• Support customer service with inquiries, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain shelves, displays and overall store appearance.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as needed.
