We are looking for an administrative superstar who can multitask, take initiative, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The front desk position is the heartbeat of our office , so it’s important that you are friendly, positive, engaging, and aware of your surroundings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Photocopying, filing, scanning, and completing general administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized front desk and office workspace
  • Plan and organize meetings
  • Assist with company events
  • Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Use computer programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Rippling, etc.) and learn new systems as required
