This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll operate machinery, oversee safety, coordinate subcontractors, and contribute to on‑site construction tasks. What You’ll Do

• Support the Superintendent with daily site operations
• Operate machinery including skid steers and scissor lifts

• Build small structures and assist with general site tasks
• Demonstrate leadership through initiative, problem‑solving, and independent decision‑making

What You Bring

• 2+ years of Foreman experience
• 7+ years in construction, ideally on commercial or large‑scale projects
• Certifications for skid steer and scissor lift
• OFA Intermediate + TE
• Proficiency with Procore
• Ability to work day or night shifts
• A reliable vehicle

Nice to Have

• Fall Protection certification
