Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor and lead a team of sales associates to achieve goals. You will drive sales, deliver a world-class customer experience, educate customers about brand values, and uphold skincare expertise while maintaining operational standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Government Street location, contributing to a positive, productive store

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve problems related to day-to-day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboards and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
