Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by assessing needs, completing transactions, and cross-selling products and services.
• Promote loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other related financial services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals and improve branch performance.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and options clearly using approved materials.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation across required systems.
