Key responsibilities include supporting senior managers with in-depth cost analysis, providing profitability recommendations, and educating team members on financial processes. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required, along with strong Excel skills and a passion for food. The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) works onsite at an Eataly location and is fully integrated into operations, partnering with leadership to oversee and forecast all lines of the store's P&L.
The FP&A Analyst serves as an important link between the store and corporate office, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, FP&A.
