Agilent Technologies Inc. in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and optimize hardware, software and networks at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and deliver integrated solutions while ensuring top-notch customer service.

The role requires a science degree, 5 years with LC/LCMS/LCQTOF, strong troubleshooting, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to resolve problems and keep labs running

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, biotech or related field.
• At least five years with LC/LCMS/LCQTOF in a similar role or as end-user.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel; excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Installs and optimizes hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems; performs maintenance and repair services.
• Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to prevent downtime.

It includes the option to work remotely.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $83,680.00 - $130,750.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
