Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to support customers with on-site installation, maintenance and repair of hardware, software and networking products.

You will work across diverse labs, traveling to customer sites and delivering expert service with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires a science degree, 4+ years in a lab setting with spectroscopy instruments, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Competenze

• Post-secondary degree in science or equivalent with work experience.
• 4+ years in a laboratory environment working with spectroscopy, GC, LC, and GC–MS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel 25% and experience with customer-facing roles.

Mansioni

• Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
