Job description

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Pay Structure:

Base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:
  1. Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  2. Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  3. Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a product advocate.
  5. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  8. Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
  9. Create excitement around the product offerings as a brand advocate.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of sales experience in financial or retail sectors (asset).
  2. Comfortable with sales targets and eager to challenge the status quo.
  3. Outgoing, personable, and skilled at acquiring new customers.
  4. Experience in customer service or sales (asset).
  5. Strong communication and listening skills to deliver key messages.
  6. High integrity and accountability, especially with confidential information.
  7. Willing to undergo criminal/credit background checks.
  8. Interest in learning and professional development.
  9. Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license (asset).
  10. Flexible schedule and work environment.
