Job summary

BGIS in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Facility Coordinator to oversee the delivery of a range of services and manage the lifecycle of work orders. You will ensure vendors meet SLAs and that quotes and invoices are processed accurately.

You will maintain data integrity, support KPI reporting, and coordinate internal and external service providers, with occasional evening or weekend availability as required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Knowledge of service level agreements and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders to completion in BGIS or client web application.
• Coordinate services to align with contracts, schedules, and PO terms.
• Review invoices to determine invoiceability.
• Schedule access for providers and prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries.
• Ensure SLAs are achieved and data maintained for reporting.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and advise on process improvements.
