Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Facility Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, vendor management and service delivery for client accounts. The role includes data verification, reporting, and contributing to process improvements within BGIS integrated operating model.

You will collaborate with BGIS departments to support activities, manage work orders, and drive efficiency while ensuring compliance and quality across services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management or Vendor Management.
• Demonstrated organizational, project planning and management skills.
• Technical writing skills.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop, analyze and understand complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations, vendor management and service management for client(s).
• Data verification, reporting and analysis; assist in process improvement.
• Collaborate with BGIS departments to support activities within the integrated operating model.
• Review, develop and implement related processes and initiatives.
• Generate and dispatch work orders; monitor and close out tasks.
• Engage with clients and vendors to resolve issues and provide updates.
