Job summary

BGIS is seeking a focused Facility Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring SLAs are met and data is kept accurate. You will coordinate internal and external service providers, review invoices, and prepare performance summaries.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with 1-3 years in a similar role, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with BGIS in Canada.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of RealSuite and BGIS applications.
• Strong customer-oriented skills with 1-3 years experience.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with 1-3 years.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain data accuracy.
• Experience in a Shared Service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders to completion in BGIS or client web app.
• Schedule access for internal/external service providers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly summaries of work order performance.
• Follow up to ensure SLA targets are met and invoices reviewed.
• Create on-demand work orders for service delivery.
• Ensure supporting documentation for quotes/invoices is provided.
• Adhere to policies and maintain data integrity.
