Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities.
• Ensure facility uptime and safe, reliable operations.
• Develop and implement annual facility management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement facility programs.
• Oversee budgets, cost reporting and vendor coordination.
• Lead project delivery and capital budgeting for assigned assets.
