Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Property Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate service delivery for building operations in Winnipeg, Canada. The role supports the Operations team with work order management, safety, contract management, invoicing and vendor oversight.

The position emphasizes timely responses to client requests, processing of service orders, and collaboration with contractors to ensure compliance with PM schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; up to 1 year of relevance in office administration or service coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills; ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Process service requests via telephone, email, and in person; maintain request database.
• Ensure services are issued against the correct purchase orders and work orders.
• Prepare and publish tenders; schedule and complete work orders on time.
• Complete forms for RFQs, advisories, safety and other reports.
• Develop scopes of work and obtain quotes from service providers.
