Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/restaurant supervisory role.
• 2 years in hotel or restaurant industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain government licenses or permits.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and staff management.
• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate monthly counts.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
