Job summary

Pursuit in Calgary is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to lead daily F&B operations. You will work closely with the food and beverage management team to uphold the highest service standards and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee staff, assist in recruitment and training, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure financial performance. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with cash control procedures.
• Food & Beverage background.
• Experience in similar leadership role an asset.
• Thrives in a fast paced and high energy work environment.
• Experience with best in class operating systems, training, staff development and the operational management of large and complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with F&B management to meet the highest service standards.
• Supervise outlet staff effectively day to day.
• Lead the team with a positive attitude and recognize good performance.
• Oversee F&B operations, including logistics and driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain P/L responsibility for all restaurant aspects.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure safety and compliance as a core part of operations.
