Qualifications

• Journeyman’s Red Seal or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role and sized operation.
• Experience in remote camp setting or busy ski resort is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in food preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Supervise training and cross-training of kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and assist with orders to Head Chef.
• Maintain cleaning procedures per H&S standards.
