Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*** Ensure alignment between strategic directions, organizational capabilities, investments, and digital initiatives;* Advise senior management in the prioritization and arbitration of technology investments;* Structure and evolve project, program and portfolio governance mechanisms;* Provide an integrated view of the portfolio's performance, risks, dependencies, issues and ability to deliver;* Strengthen mechanisms for monitoring results, profits and business value;* Provide strategic advice on issues related to architecture, infrastructure, interoperability, data, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence;* Support the development of decision-making based on reliable data, rigorous risk assessment, and a realistic understanding of technological and organizational capabilities;* Facilitate consultation between the clinical, administrative, technological and corporate sectors; **The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Have a combination of experience in governance, portfolio management, digital transformation and executive coaching;* Have functional knowledge of the main technology areas associated with a major digital transformation;* Have completed at least three (3) separate mandates that have led to the formulation and presentation of strategic recommendations to senior management, an executive committee or an equivalent governance body;* Demonstrate experience in prioritizing investments, managing risks and dependencies, analyzing organizational capacity, and tracking profit realization;* Knowledge of the health or social services sector, ideally in the context of the Quebec network (an asset).* This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
