Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job descriptionHere is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Produce business cases associated with integrated technology asset management and operations automation initiatives;* Conduct business studies and analysis to support technology investment decisions;* Evaluate the costs of implementing, operating and evolving the proposed solutions;* Translating business and technological needs into clear and justified investment scenarios;* Develop analytics to maximize the return on technology investments;* Supporting managers and experts in defining needs, options and expected benefits;* Conduct interviews and workshops with relevant stakeholders;* Develop financial scenarios and business models supporting recommendations;* Formulate strategic recommendations to senior management;* Contribute to the evolution of practices related to asset management and automation of operations;* Document the assumptions, analyses, costs and benefits related to the initiatives under his/her responsibility.The profile sought is as follows:* Carry out at least two (2) large-scale technological business cases over the past five (5) years, including the estimation of implementation and operating costs as well as their presentation to senior management;* Master technology service management platforms, their asset management modules and their automated discovery capabilities;* Understand the challenges associated with service management platform migrations, regardless of vendor;* Leverage technology asset management concepts, including configuration repositories, lifecycle management, obsolescence, and future-proof investment planning;* Apply operations automation and technology delivery practices;* Use orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and process automation approaches;* Evolve within a public, parapublic or highly regulated organization;* Estimate costs using analog, parametric or bottom-up methods;* Evaluate the cost of ownership and distinguish between operating and capital expenditures;* Demonstrate rigour, autonomy and excellent priority management.
