The Executive Manager, Meerilinga Training College will drive strategic and operational leadership of the College to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and training, with an uncompromising commitment to child safety and protection. As a key member of the Executive Team, the role oversees performance reporting, financial planning, and compliance as a Registered Training Organisation, while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position champions Meerilinga’s values, strengthens stakeholder and staff engagement, and supports Board and CEO decision-making to safeguard and enhance Meerilinga’s reputation and impact.
The organisation is looking for a current leader in the RTO space with the experience and high-level thinking to drive the success of the training college and support the Board’s ambitious direction.
