Job summary

The role requires physical effort, lifting up to 50 lbs, and irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle operations.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as required.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Monitor events and check in with customers throughout the day.
• Follow hotel/client relationship guidelines and manage invoices with clients.
• Complete system entries in Navigator and prep equipment for strike.
• Load, unload, or store gear and prepare labeling/scanning of equipment.
