Job summary

Encore Canada in Lake Louise is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering reliable AV solutions and proactive service for hotel clients and events.

You will troubleshoot complex equipment and software issues, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate with hotel staff to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• Technical 1-Star Certification required within 60 days for external applicants.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide excellent service and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and outside vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and system entries.
