About the role

Were inviting expressions of interest for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of our exciting and fast-growing Spirit to Cure program. Due to the unique nature of this role were starting the conversation early building a talent pool and connecting with potential candidates to ensure we find the right fit for 2026.

As Program Manager youll guide the end-to-end delivery of Spirit to Cure and associated events working closely with internal teams volunteers sponsors and our charity partner Tour de Cure. Youll be central to shaping the participant experience driving fundraising outcomes and ensuring operational excellence.

What youll do
  • Lead the planning and execution of Spirit to Cure and related events
  • Coordinate volunteer committees and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences
  • Manage budgets timelines and risk profiles across the program
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors vendors and charity partners
  • Develop and implement communications and sponsorship strategies
  • Support the Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee with program oversight
