Job summary

Hansen Industries Ltd. is a Richmond-based precision Sheet Metal/Stamping shop hiring an Entry Level Human Resources Assistant to join the HR dept. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities include hiring of staff, onboarding procedures, coordinating with safety onboarding, creating training schedules, maintaining training records, and supporting the HR Manager on various duties. Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Canadian HR experience.
• Written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• People-first attitude.
• Knowledge of Employment Standards Act.
