• Ph.D. Degree OR significant professional work which can be recognized as equivalent to a Ph.D. degree; with First Class at bachelor's or master's Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology
• Minimum ten years of experience in teaching, research or / and industry, out of which at least five years at the senior level of Assistant Professor and three years at the level of Associate Professor
• Out of ten-year experience minimum five years post Ph.D. experience.
• High quality published research work such as peer-reviewed research papers, books, technical reports, and patents filed / obtained.
• Experience of guiding project work, dissertation, research of students or supervising RD projects in industry and Ph.D. supervision
• Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, and professional / industrial activities; and
• Capacity to undertake / lead sponsored RD, Consultancy, and related activities
