Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Marketing & Privacy Engineering (MPE) team. You will lead two pillars—Marketing and Consumer Privacy—working to build trusted, privacy-aware experiences and measurement systems that enable sustainable growth.

You’ll partner with product managers and technical leads to translate priorities into clear plans, guide strategy across web tagging, experimentation, and data collection, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building collaborative, high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong ability translating product priorities into engineering plans and roadmaps.
• Experience with marketing tech, web experimentation, analytics, attribution, or privacy systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers across Marketing and Consumer Privacy pillars to deliver roadmaps.
• Define a shared operating model for MPE and align pillar priorities and ownership.
• Collaborate with product, privacy, legal, and other teams to ensure reliable, privacy-aware systems.
