Job summary

3P Learning is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Calgary-based Sales team. You will provide vital support to the new business group, handling inbound and outbound inquiries and helping ensure leads are moved efficiently through the funnel.

You will work with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong to research prospects, schedule meetings, and build trusted relationships with teachers and administrators across Canada and the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales support or sales development experience in a software sales environment.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to build trust with educators.
• Experience with CRM tools and outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with the Canadian and US Education sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to the new business sales team.
• Manage inbound/outbound inquiries and top-of-funnel lead management.
• Maintain and update CRM data for efficient lead tracking.
• Support sales campaigns and Gong-driven activities.
