Expera IT in Calgary, Canada is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to fuel our sales pipeline. You will be the first contact for prospective clients, identifying technology challenges and booking high-quality meetings for our Senior Account Executive(s).

Qualifications

1–2 years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (MSP or B2B software experience is a strong asset).
Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
Qualification: Uncover business needs and determine if prospects are a fit for our managed IT services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified discovery calls.
CRM Discipline: Document all outreach activities, prospect interactions and lead details in our CRM.
Market Research: Identify and map target accounts across the assigned region.
