Impeccable Interior's in Calgary, AB is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Specializing in commercial and multi-family residential projects, we are dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions to our clients. As a Project Coordinator at Impeccable Interiors, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our projects through meticulous planning, coordination, and administration.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator. This role is essential for assisting in project execution, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of project activities. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and construction team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be a key contributor to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring all activities align with the project schedule.
  • Construction Contracts: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of construction contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Request For Information: Manage the RFI process, including tracking, logging, and distributing RFI’s, and ensuring timely responses to all project stakeholders.
  • Submittals: Oversee the submittal process, including the preparation, review, and tracking of all project submittals to ensure they meet project specifications.
  • Procore management: Utilize Procore construction management software to maintain project documentation, track progress, and collaborate with team members.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including contractor, clients, and internal team members.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, change orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving project related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Experience in commercial or residential construction projects is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook, and Projects.
  • Experience with project management software is advantageous.
  • Must possess a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $45,119.69-$82,191.99 per year
