A leading company in corporate benefits is seeking a Group Benefits Consultant to join their team in Edmonton or Calgary. This full-time, permanent position involves building client relationships, providing strategic advice on group benefits, and contributing to business development. Job Duration: Full-Time, Permanent
The successful candidate will be an essential member of the Group Benefits team, contributing to the development and growth of the benefits department and the organization. As a consultant, you will provide your expertise and in-depth knowledge to mid-large group customers. You will have a proven track record for building excellent relationships and delivering innovative advice and solutions regarding marketplace trends, including Drug Management strategies, Organizational health, and absence management. Responsibilities will include overseeing key customers, networking, developing, and maintaining relationships to strengthen existing ones and developing new business opportunities.
