About the Role

The Project Coordinator collaborates closely with project team members, managers, and leads to facilitate efficient project delivery. The role involves administrative tasks such as document distribution, report collation, and communication support, playing a key role in project coordination, including schedule and risk management. The goal is to ensure projects are completed on time and deliver high-quality results within the division.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building and Liaison: Build strong relationships with the Clean Out project teams, acting as a point of contact for the Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors.
  2. Project Planning and Documentation: Assist in defining project scope, creating work plans, documenting objectives, and involving relevant stakeholders. Attend meetings to review project status and ensure compliance. Coordinate contract close-out requirements and deliverables.
  3. Communication and Client Liaison: Monitor and report project issues, scope changes, and scheduling conflicts. Liaise with clients to define requirements and ensure expectations are met as projects progress.
  4. Administrative and Safety Support: Provide clerical support, distribute documents, and maintain data. Support equipment inspection, inventory management, and safety training scheduling.
  5. Resource Planning and Quality Assurance: Contribute to resource planning and perform quality assurance to meet project standards.
Qualifications
  1. College diploma in Project Management or related education and experience.
  2. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
  5. Experience with various computer programs and systems is an asset.
