Role overview
The technical account manager acts as the trusted advisor for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and they maximize value from our solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, promote adoption, and foster long-term relationships.
This role is based in France or Germany, supporting strategic clients in these regions.
You will lead onboarding for new customers, connecting their clusters to CAST AI within 90 days. This technical role involves working closely with DevOps engineers and SREs. Candidates should have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Project management skills are also necessary to drive onboarding progress.
You will collaborate with Client Partners to manage renewal processes, ensuring ongoing customer value and satisfaction.
Responsible for conducting regular reviews to showcase value through cost savings, automation, innovations, and new products, both remotely and in person.
All technical account managers are encouraged to obtain CKAD/CKA certifications. We support certification attainment within the first 6 months if needed.
