One of our companies is currently looking for a Technical Account Manager in France or Germany.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to drive the success of enterprise clients by bridging the gap between technology and customer value. In this role, you’ll act as the primary technical advisor, leading onboarding efforts, ensuring smooth integration of complex systems, and supporting long-term customer relationships. You’ll work closely with DevOps and engineering teams, delivering value through hands-on technical support, proactive problem-solving, and ongoing collaboration. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset to help customers unlock the full potential of a cutting-edge cloud-native platform.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead technical onboarding for new customers and ensure all clusters are integrated within 90 days
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for assigned accounts, addressing customer needs and optimizing platform use
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers and SREs to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews showcasing performance, savings, and innovation
  • Drive customer renewals by ensuring continuous value delivery and platform adoption
  • Partner with internal product and engineering teams to represent customer feedback
  • Maintain documentation and promote knowledge-sharing across teams
  • Obtain Kubernetes certifications (CKAD/CKA) if not already held

Requirements

  • Based in France or Germany
  • Fluent in French or German, with strong English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in a technical role
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • CKAD or CKA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Remote-first role based in France or Germany with flexible working hours
