What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft D365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O to enhance business processes
- Conduct required testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre‑release testers
- Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective use of systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain & Procurement module
- Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs and convert them into use cases or test cases
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
